Ordering Information
˜ Items are to be purchased on 1st come 1st serve basis. No reservation shall be made.
˜ Invoice will be sent to you after the Order is confirmed.
˜ No cancellation of Orders after it is finalized.
˜ Strictly no meet-up.
˜ No negotiation of price.
˜ Please expect to receive your Order between
5-10 business days from the end of the collection for the merchandise to reach you in Singapore and there may be considerable postal delays or depending on the stock availability.
Payment Method
˜ POSB/DBS ATM transfer & I-Banking is acceptable.
˜ Payment has to be made within 2 days
(including the day itself) to
POSB Savings 109-79437-6 after the Acknowledgement is sent.
*If payment is not received after 2 days, we will proceed it to the next buyer accordingly*
Exchange/Return Policy
˜ Goods sold are non refundable.
˜ Refunds will only be make if Paid item is out of stock.
˜ We do not do refunds or exchanges, unless the merchandise is defective. It is subject to exchange within 7 days of delivery.
˜ Please email us and returned to us
UNDAMAGED and
UN-WORN within 7 days in the
SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you.
˜ Once we have confirmed with the defective item,
Allure would exchange a non-detective merchandise for you, or make a refund to your account.
˜ Allure will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.

˜ In order to prevent any package lost,
Allure strictly encourages Registered Mail for all purchases.
Thus, the Registered Postage Fee will be fixed at SGD $3.00 nett regardless of the weight of your items.
